Questions Ghana owners ask

Can my guests pay in Cedis?

Yes. Guests check out on your page in GH₵ and pay by card through your own Paystack account. Guest checkout also supports NGN, KES, USD, GBP, EUR and ZAR.

What about Mobile Money payments?

Card payments go through your own Paystack account from day one. If you would like to discuss additional payment options for your property, our onboarding team will explain what is available for your account at setup.

Is my booking page in English?

Yes — and the booking engine also supports French, so international guests booking your Accra hotel in French get a page in their language.

Do I need a website to start?

No. You get a free booking link immediately, and you can connect your own domain (booking.yourhotel.com) with automatic SSL whenever you are ready.

I already list on Booking.com. Why do I need this?

Booking.com is great for new guests. But you pay 15–20%+ on every booking through it — including repeat guests who would book you direct anyway. Your own page keeps that money.

Who can manage it?

Anyone on your team. You control staff access with Owner, Admin, Manager, Receptionist and Viewer roles.
