Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of myBookingHQ, operated by Satechnologies LTD (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of a hotel or business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. The service

myBookingHQ provides a white-label, commission-free booking engine and management dashboard that lets you take direct bookings on your own branded page. We are not a marketplace and do not sell or resell rooms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You are responsible for the content, rooms, rates and policies you publish on your booking engine.

4. Subscriptions and payment

  • The service is billed in advance on the monthly or annual plan you select, in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store full card details.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a grace period; if it remains unpaid, the booking engine is taken offline and the dashboard becomes read-only, in line with the notice we send you.
  • We may change plan prices with reasonable advance notice.

5. No commission; guest payments

We charge a flat subscription fee and take no commission on your bookings. Guest payments are collected through your own Paystack account and settle to you. You are responsible for your Paystack account, its compliance, and any fees Paystack charges you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access other tenants’ data, probing or breaching security, sending spam, or using the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the platform, software and branding. You retain all rights to your content, hotel branding and guest data, and grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and will give notice of planned downtime where practical.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unlawful use. On termination, you may export your data during the retention window described in our Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or bookings, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your hotel operations, or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
